{"id":594,"date":"2018-07-13T14:18:30","date_gmt":"2018-07-13T14:18:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/web1.dharma.org\/?page_id=594"},"modified":"2018-07-13T14:18:30","modified_gmt":"2018-07-13T14:18:30","slug":"quinoa-salad","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dharma.org\/resources\/recipes\/quinoa-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Quinoa Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>Serves 6<\/h3>\n<p>1 cup raw quinoa<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups water<br \/>\n2 tablespoons lime juice<br \/>\n2 tablespoons red wine vinegar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup red onions \u2013 diced small<br \/>\n1\/2 cup red pepper \u2013 diced small<br \/>\n1\/4 bunch parsley \u2013 chopped<br \/>\n1\/3 bunch scallions \u2013 sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/8 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil water in saucepan. Add quinoa, cover and turn off heat. Let stand for 10 minutes until all water is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy.<\/li>\n<li>Mix together lime juice, vinegar and sesame oil and toss cooked quinoa with this dressing.
