We understand that our retreat center will be most potent when it reflects the beautiful diversity of our society and world. To support this important goal, we are expanding our offerings for affinity groups and those who might otherwise lack access to experience what IMS has to offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a practice to remove one potential barrier to access &#8211; language &#8211; IMS is pleased to offer our first insight and lovingkindness retreat presented entirely in Spanish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Led by IMS teachers bruni d\u00e1vila and Rebecca Bradshaw, this weekend retreat is open to those with or without meditation experience. Like all IMS retreats, the meditation instructions offered are based on the teachings of the Buddha but are appropriate for people of all backgrounds, cultures, religions and spiritual beliefs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hope you will help us spread the word by inviting friends and family who might appreciate a Spanish language meditation retreat at IMS.
